Summer hours of opening
From 28th June till 31st August, we will be opened every day for lunch (12pm - 2pm) and dinner (7pm - 9pm). And we will be serving drinks, desserts, cheese plates etc all day along.

Today, chicken breast (Mr Canatta in nearby Saône et Loire) with a delicious local cheese (Brillat Savarin) sauce, zucchini and carrots (Patrice Renaud's farm), and small local potatoes (Mr Blaise). 13,50€ per pax.
Home Made burger "Gaston Gérard"
Our special of the day on 25th March was this burger named after our well known Minister and Mayor of Dijon in the 1930's who left his name to this famous traditional recipe of chicken cooked with Comté cheese, white wine, Dijon mustard… Home made burger of course, including home made bread and french fries. 13,50€. A must.

Saturday 9th March: Hachis Parmentier (mashed potatoes, minced beef meat), leeks, cauliflower, and Comté (cheese) sauce. With the best local products, of course. 13,50€/pax.
